IntRates Calculator is a user-friendly and efficient piece of software aimed to offer you a simple method of calculating fourteen of the most popular interest rate factors, based on a set of user-defined elements.



Subsequent to downloading the archive, you can unzip it and run the executable, enabling you to work with the application right away, thanks to its very straight-forward interface.



IntRates Calculator's main window features a simple and far from impressive appearance, being split into two sections, namely 'Input', with several fields in which you can enter the values you intend to work with, while the 'Calculate' button lets you obtain your values.



The second section is the 'Output', on the right side of the window, allows you to view the results for a variety of rates factors, such as FVIF, CAF or SFF. At the same time, IntRates Calculator features a 'User Guide' tab, where you can find various information on how to best benefit from this utility.



The 'Input' area enables you to enter the values you want to process for the 'Interest Rate', the 'Num Of Periods', 'Growth Rate', 'Shrink Rate', 'Tax Rate', 'Annuity Type', 'Compounding', 'Period' and 'Distribution'.



After clicking on 'Calculate', your results are automatically generated and displayed in the 'Output' fields, under the corresponding acronym. As such, you can learn the Future Value Interest Factor (FVIF), Present Value Interest Factor Of Annuity (PVIFA), Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF), Capital Recovery Factor (CRF) and ten more.



Because IntRates Calculator does not require an installation process, it means that you can place it on a portable memory device and carry it with you wherever you go. Consequently, it can be used on all compatible computers, just by running it from the USB, removing it through deletion when you are done with it.
